Joy Behar says that despite the fact there are reports that Bill Clinton raped women, she would still vote for him because he “votes in my favor.”

Tuesday, on ABC’s “The View,” NewsBusters points out that Behar did acknowledge that Clinton “is a dog, let’s face it.” (RELATED: Trump: It’s ‘Fair Game’ To Discuss Bill Clinton’s ‘Abuse Of Women’ [VIDEO])

However, co-host Paula Faris did need to remind Behar and the rest of “The View” that Paula Jones, Juanita Broaddrick, and Kathleen Willey say that Clinton “either exposed himself to them, raped them or groped them.” (RELATED: CNN Anchor Shocked To Learn There Are 14 Women Who Claim Bill Clinton Sexually Assaulted Them [VIDEO])

Behar did remember though Ted Kennedy’s incident with a woman at Chappaquiddick saying, “I mean, a girl drowns and he abandons her and she drowned and women still voted for Teddy Kennedy. Why? Because he voted for women’s rights. That’s why.”

“That’s the bottom line of it in my opinion. I mean, I don’t like either one of them, to tell you the truth, Teddy or Bill,” Behar claimed. “They’re both dogs as far as I’m concerned. But I still will vote for Bill Clinton because he votes in my favor.”

Regarding Bill Clinton’s extramarital escapades affect on Hillary’s candidacy for president, Behar said, “It puts her in a bind. On the other hand, it’s her policies that really matter. Like, Republicans have voted against the Violence Against Women Act. Now, that to me, is more important than anything that Bill Clinton did or didn’t do because it’s what she’s going to vote for, how she’s going to lead the country that matters more than that. On the other hand, he is a dog. Let’s face it.” (RELATED: Donald Trump: Bill Clinton Is ‘One Of The Great Abusers Of The World’ [VIDEO])

Jones, Broaddrick, and Willey are not the only women who accuse Bill of sexual misconduct. Eileen Wellstone, Carolyn Moffet, Elizabeth Ward Gracen, Becky Brown, Helen Dowdy, and Cristy Zercher also have made similar accusations.

In the Starr Report, Monica Lewinsky testified that Bill Clinton told her that “he had hundreds of affairs” before he turned 40.
