The Denver Broncos look to knock off the defending Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots on Saturday, but Broncos linebacker Antonio Smith started the jawing a few days ahead of the highly anticipated AFC Championship game.

The 34-year-old Smith told The Gazette that New England’s favorite son — quarterback Tom Brady — is a straight-up “crybaby.”

“I’ve never seen any quarterback look to the referee right after he gets sacked more than Brady,” explained Smith. “Every time he gets sacked he looks at the ref like ‘You see him sack me? Was that supposed to happen? He did it a little hard. Please throw a 15-yard penalty on him. Get him fined.'”

Despite the trash talk, Smith called Brady “a great competitor,” and though “he’s going to cry about getting hit, he’s going to take the hit and keep going.”
