Uber and aerospace giant Airbus entered into an agreement Sunday that will allow Uber users to hail taxi helicopters.

According to NBC News, Airbus Ventures will use the $150 million principal commitment to “identify and invest in the most visionary entrepreneurs in the global aerospace ecosystem.”

In addition to capital, Airbus is providing Uber access to its H125 and H130 helicopters to help “carve out a new business model for helicopter operators to access a broader customer base.”

An Uber spokesperson told CNBC Sunday that the partnership’s first flights will be available to patrons at the Sundance Film Festival, despite prevailing thought that the soft opening should occur at the Catalina Wine Mixer, the largest helicopter leasing event in the Western Hemisphere since 1997.
