Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau confirmed Friday that there are at least five dead resulting from a school shooting in Saskatchewan.

At least two others are wounded, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) said the shooter is in custody, the Guardian reports.

The shooting occurred at a preK-12 community school in a small town of 3,000 called La Loche. Trudeau said that, “this is every parent’s worst nightmare.” Details are lacking so far on the victims and the perpetrator.

According to the RCMP, the school still remains on lockdown as a “precaution.”

President Obama has said recently, “I say this every time we have one of these mass shootings. This just doesn’t happen in other countries.”
