Anjali Ramkissoon made national headlines last week when a video surfaced of her assaulting an Uber driver and destroying his car went viral.

Additionally, prior to the incident Ramkissoon noted that her father had just been hospitalized and she had just broken up with her boyfriend of two years.
“There is absolutely no excuse for my actions,” she continued. “I am ashamed. I am so sorry. I’ve hurt so many people with this.”
Ramkissoon has been suspended from her job in the aftermath of the incident.
