Law enforcement captured one of the three dangerous California fugitives who escaped jail last week.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Department arrested Bac Duong, 43, in Santa Ana after he turned himself in Friday, The Associated Press reports.

Fugitives Jonathan Tieu, 20, and Hossein Nayeri, 37, are still on the run. The men have a long list of various charges, including Tieu’s attempted murder charge. Nayeri’s charges include kidnapping and torture after he allegedly cut a man’s penis off to extort money.

The escapees managed to cut through metal walls and bars before finally making their way to the roof. From the prison roof, they used sheets tied together as rope and rappelled down.

The men have each been charged with a felony that will likely add years to their sentences. Almost a dozen people, including an English teacher at the jail, have been arrested for possibly aiding the escape.

“WE NEED YOUR HELP,” the Orange County Sheriff’s Department said on Facebook. “If you see one or more of them, they are to be considered dangerous and possibly armed- immediately call 9-1-1.” Authorities say the fugitives could be in a stolen, white van.

The Sheriff’s Office posted a celebratory photo to Facebook Friday announcing the capture.
