All three escaped California fugitives have finally been captured, according to law enforcement.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office announced Saturday they had arrested the two remaining escaped fugitives, Jonathan Tieu, 20, and Hossein Nayeri, 37. The pair was arrested outside a Whole Foods about 400 miles from the Santa Ana jail they escaped from Jan. 22.

“The entire state can breathe a sigh of relief,” Orange County Sheriff Sandra Hutchens told reporters at the Saturday press conference. “We have the other two individuals back in custody where they should be.”

The men were arrested after a woman recognized their white van outside a San Francisco Whole Foods. Police had publicized the fugitives had stolen a white van. The woman told police, who happened to be in the area, and they made the arrests after a short foot chase, The New York Daily News reports.

The men have a long list of various charges, including attempted murder. Nayeri’s charges include kidnapping and torture after he allegedly cut off a man’s penis to extort money. The other escapee, Bac Duong, 43, turned himself in Friday.

The fugitives managed to cut through metal walls and bars of their Santa Ana jail before finally making their way to the roof. From the roof, they used sheets tied together as rope and rappelled down.

The men have each been charged with felonies for the escape that will likely add years to their sentences. Almost a dozen people, including an English teacher at the jail, have been arrested for possibly aiding the jail break.
