Carmen Electra is suing a New York strip club after it used a photo of her on social media without permission.

The 43-year-old model filed a defamation lawsuit against La Oficina after it posted a photo of her dancing on a pole on Instagram almost three years ago.

“Looking good,” the club captioned the photo. (PHOTOS: Carmen Electra In A Bikini Proves Her Baywatch Days Are Far From Over)

But Electra says the club didn’t have permission to use her photo, and now she’s suing them for $75,000 for “trademark infringement and defamation plus punitive damages,” according to the lawsuit.

The suit claims the photo “shows Electra in a sexually suggestive outfit and was intentionally altered to make it appear that Electra was either a stripper working at La Oficina or endorsed the club.” (RELATED: Were You Wondering Where Carmen Electra’s Been? Modeling Lingerie, Apparently)
