Former NFL wide receiver Josh Morgan hasn’t had a great past few days.
Back on January 31, Morgan — who played seven seasons in the league for the 49ers, Redskins and Bears — accidentally shot himself while cleaning a gun at his VA home.
Though Morgan didn’t sustain any serious injuries, the state dealt a serious blow to his pride Wednesday, when they announced he would be facing “misdemeanor reckless use of a firearm” charges, reports TMZ Sports.
Morgan has a preliminary court date set for March.
