A Tuesday night town meeting in Spring Valley, NY devolved into chaos after a constituent accused Mayor Demeza Delhomme of having sex with his wife and ruining his marriage.
According to The Journal News, 48-year-old Reginald Alfred stood up only minutes into the meeting and proclaimed “Mr. Delhomme is trying to use his power to get into my house.”
“He destroyed my house. He destroyed my family. I have two daughters.”
Delhomme vehemently denied Alfred’s claim, stating, “I don’t know this man. I’ve never met this man.”
However, two Spring Valley trustees defended Alfred, asking the mayor, “you screwed his wife and you say you don’t know him?”
