Sen.[crscore]Marco Rubio[/crscore] has won the Puerto Rico Republican primary, his second win of this cycle.
The Florida senator won by a large margin, giving him all 23 delegates the territory had up for grabs.
Rubio had the endorsement of Puerto Rican Gov. Luis Fortuño and was expected to perform well in the territory.
Puerto Ricans can’t vote in the general election but are allowed to vote in the primary process of the GOP.
