Following a crushing defeat in Florida’s Republican primary Tuesday, [crscore]Marco Rubio[/crscore] announced the end of his campaign.
“I chose a different route, and I am proud of that,” Rubio said of the inflammatory rhetoric used by front-runner Donald Trump’s campaign. “In a year like this, that would have been the easiest way to win.”
“After tonight, it is clear that we will not be on the winning side,” he added.
“Tonight, my campaign is suspended.”
