Donald Trump joked that “my biggest problems are repeats and retweets.”

During CNN’s Republican town hall event moderated by Anderson Cooper on Tuesday in Wisconsin, Trump was asked when the last time it was that he apologized for something.

The presidential candidate replied, “Oh wow. I don’t know. … I do believe in apologizing if you’re wrong but if you’re not wrong, I don’t believe in apologizing.”

Later Trump said, “I apologized to my mother years ago for using foul language. I apologize to my wife for not being presidential on occasion. She’s always saying, ‘Darling, be more presidential.'” (VIDEO: Melania Trump Says She Disagrees With Donald On ‘Many Things’ Including His ‘Language’)

“She told me she talked to you about that,” Cooper said adding that Trump’s wife “didn’t like you using a word or a dirty word or bad word… that somebody in your audience shouted out and you repeated.”

“Ohh, she didn’t like that and really it was just a repeat but that didn’t work out too well,” Trump said.

Turning to the audience, Trump said, “Repeats don’t work either. And it wasn’t horrible.”

Cooper then interjected, “What is it with you, repeats and retweets don’t count?”

“I know, my biggest problems are repeats and retweets. I don’t get in trouble with what I say. It’s when I repeat something else. I think I’m going to be careful.” (VIDEO: Trump: Repeating Cruz Is A ‘P**sy’ Was ‘Like A Retweet’)

Cooper responded, “Well maybe you should learn from your behavior and not retweet things.”

Trump’s latest issue with repeating something stems from a retweet of a less than flattering image of Sen. [crscore]Ted Cruz[/crscore]’s wife Heidi. (RELATED: Trump Retweets Photo Mocking Ted Cruz’s Wife’s Looks)
