Emilia Clarke got drunk for her photo shoot when she was named Esquire’s “Sexiest Woman Alive.”

The 29-year-old actress — who regularly strips down as Khaleesi on HBO’s “Game of Thrones” — said she was so nervous about stripping down that she needed a little liquid courage to help. (RELATED: This Topless Actress Was Just Named The ‘Sexiest Woman Alive’)
“That was a funny shoot,” Clarke said during an interview with Ellen DeGeneres. “Doing those kind of sex scenes on camera is one thing, but doing it as yourself, I need alcohol to do.”
