Trump Organization Executive Vice President and special counsel to Donald Trump Michael Cohen says he will not be able to vote for his boss in the New York primary because he’s a registered Democrat.

Appearing on CNN’s “At This Hour With Berman and Bolduan” on Thursday, John Berman asked Cohen if he would want current Republican National Committee chair Reince Priebus to stay in power if Trump is the nominee, to which Cohen replied, “That’s Mr. Trump’s and a campaign decision.”

Berman followed up asking Cohen about his personal views of Priebus to which Cohen replied, “Me personally? I’m actually a registered Democrat so I don’t really care about Reince Priebus.”

A shocked Berman and a bewildered Kate Bolduan asked if Cohen would be able to vote in the New York primary, when Cohen replied, “Not in the primary.”

Berman said, “So his kids can’t vote and you can’t vote in the primary?”

“Well, I’d like to be one of his children, I’d like to be one of them but no, I’m not voting in the primary. I’m a registered Democrat,” Cohen admitted.

Berman retorted, “Man, [Trump’s] losing votes from his family and the people who work for him.”

“You don’t have to worry about Mr. Trump. He’s around 50 plus percent in New York. This is his hometown,” Cohen claimed.

Cohen is yet another family member or insider who is unable to vote for Trump. Two of Trump’s children, Ivanka and Eric, are unable to vote for their father in the New York Primary because they are not registered Republicans. (RELATED: Ivanka And Eric Trump Forget To Register As Republicans, Can’t Vote For Donald In New York Primary)
