Claremont McKenna college in Southern CA, canceled a showing of Zoolander 2 and chose instead to show Deadpool.

Zoolander rated PG-13 was deemed by the school to more offensive than the R-rated Deadpool with tons of violence, and adult material.

“After screening ‘Zoolander 2,’ we observed that the film did not portray the LGBTQ community in a positive light and made a series of inappropriate jokes at the expense of individuals of marginalized identities,” the student group told the College Fix.

“Our choice to cancel the film was a calculated choice that we felt would support and respect our community on campus.”
