Billionaire Charles Koch says “it’s possible” that Hillary Clinton could be a better president than Donald Trump, [crscore]Ted Cruz[/crscore], or John Kasich.

In an interview with Jonathan Karl on ABC’s “This Week” airing on Sunday, Koch said that in “some ways” Bill Clinton was a better president than George W. Bush.

“I mean [Clinton] wasn’t an exemplar. But as far as the growth of government, the increase in spending, it was 2.5 times [more] under Bush than it was under Clinton,” Koch said.

Karl followed up, “So is it possible another Clinton could be better than another Republican?”

“It’s possible,” Koch argued.

When asked if he could “see himself” supporting Hillary Clinton, Koch replied, “We would have to believe her actions would be quite different than her rhetoric. Let me put it that way.”

According to Politico, Charles and his brother David, as well as their associated groups, plan on spending $900 million during the 2016 election cycle.
