Donald Trump kicked off his Monday rally in Warwick, Rhode Island by telling people to lay off Tom Brady.
“First of all, let’s start by saying leave Tom Brady alone,” Trump told attendees. “Leave him alone. He’s a great guy.”
Earlier on Monday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit reinstated the New England quarterback’s four-game suspension for his alleged role in the Deflategate scandal. (RELATED: Court Reinstates Brady’s Deflategate Suspension)
This isn’t Trump’s first time praising Brady.
