Hillary Clinton Wins Delaware Democratic Primary

Hillary Clinton won the Delaware Democratic Primary Tuesday.

With 72 percent of the vote reported, Clinton leads with 59.7 percent of the vote, and Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders is second with 39.2 percent.

Delaware has a large black population, a community Clinton has performed strongly with throughout the election. Both of Delaware’s senators, Tom Carper and Chris Coons, endorsed Hillary before the primary. (RELATED: Senator Leads Hillary Audience In Sing-Along Of ‘She Works Hard For The Money’)

The Blue Hen state has 21 delegates up for grabs, which are awarded proportionally.
