Ray Roberts cooked for Prince every day for three years, and during an interview this weekend, he said the way the media has portrayed Prince — addicted to Percocet and not sleeping — wasn’t the way he was. (RELATED: What Prince’s Lawyer Just Said About His Lifestyle Changes EVERYTHING)

“Not even a hint,” Roberts said. “Not at all.”

He said Prince did begin eating less and drinking less water lately. He noticed he was losing weight, and would be sick for “weeks at a time.”

“It felt like he wasn’t himself probably the last month or two. I think he was just struggling with being sick a lot.”

Roberts said Prince’s house was strictly meatless.

“I don’t know if it was just an unwritten rule, but there was no meat there — ever,” he said. “If somebody wanted to eat meat, they would have to eat it in the parking lot. And he was very serious about this.” (RELATED: Source Says Prince Worked ‘154 Hours Straight’ With No Sleep Before He Died)
