Former police captain Clay Higgins released a video that is oozing with so much patriotism it will make every American want to stand up and cheer.
Higgins has made a big name for himself as a no-nonsense law enforcement officer who has no time or pity for criminals. He went viral after making a video challenging violent gang leaders while surrounded by black leaders in the community and fellow law enforcement officers.
