A Hillary Clinton supporter turned violent on a protester Thursday elbowing the man as he was being escorted away by police.
Clinton was at an East Los Angeles rally and there were protestors outside and within the venue. One of the protesters held a banner that blamed Clinton for causing a regime change in Honduras that led to the murder of environmental activist Berta Cáceres. Cáceras was enemy of the government and killed in March of this year. In 2014, she blamed Clinton for a 2009 coup in the country
The protester started yelling Cáceres’s name and, while being escorted out of the event, was elbowed by a man at the rally.
“THY [sic] FUCKING TWISTED MY ARM AND THAT WHITE MAN ELBOWED ME. LIKE A FUCKING TRUMP RALLY,” the protester tweeted after the incident.
