A new poll suggests the race for the White House in 2016 could put Georgia back in play.

The poll, by WSB-TV by Landmark/RosettaStone, shows that a hypothetical race between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton is a virtual tie, with 42 for Trump, 41 for Clinton.

In 1992, the peach state went for Bill Clinton in a three man race –but just barely by .59 percent.

Brian Robinson, former Chief of Staff to Republican Governor Nathan Deal, told WSB, “We should be winning this election in Georgia and across the country. Trump gives us the least best shot of winning this November, I will acknowledge that.”

Donald Trump won the GOP primary with 38.8 percent of the vote over his nearest rival, Sen. [crscore]Marco Rubio[/crscore] (24.4 percent). Hillary Clinton crushed Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders in the Democratic primary with 71.3 percent of the vote.

The poll found 16 percent of Georgia voters are undecided.
