On Monday, Chicago police put out a missing persons report for O’Connor. She was last seen around 6 a.m. when she went on a bike ride in Wilmette.
An anonymous caller reportedly notified police that they were worried about her well-being after she never came back.
As previously reported, last fall police responded to calls about the singer after she wrote that she had “taken an overdose” at a hotel in Ireland. She was reported safe and received medical assistance. (RELATED: Sinead O’Connor Blasts Family After Suicide Attempt: ‘You’re Dead To Me’)
