Poll: Trump Leads Hillary By FIVE PERCENT Nationally

The latest poll from Rasmussen Reports finds Donald Trump’s national lead over Hillary Clinton continues to grow.

According to Rasmussen — which polled 1,000 likely voters from May 17-18 — 42 percent of participants favored Trump compared to 37 support for Clinton. (RELATED: Trump Releases List Of Potential SCOTUS Nominees)

Furthermore, 13 percent said they would vote for a third-party candidate, while seven percent remained undecided.

The most recent Fox News poll — conducted from May 14-17 — had Trump leading Clinton by two percent, and Rasmussen attributes his growing lead to the list of potential Supreme Court Justice nominees he released earlier Wednesday. (RELATED: Fox News Gives Trump 2 Point Lead)

The poll also notes that the gender divide plays favorably for Trump.

While Clinton maintains an 11 percent advantage with women, men prefer Trump by an overwhelming 22 point margin.
