David Hasselhoff is engaged in a court battle with an ex-wife and has claimed he only has $4,000 to his name and can’t afford to giver her anymore, a new report claims.

The “Bay Watch” star reportedly said while he makes $112,000 a month, he is spending $66,000 of that and says he can’t afford to pay his ex-wife Pamela Bach any more money, according to the Fox News report.

Court documents show that the actor does have $1.79 million in retirement savings, property, cars and other items. But the actor points to a  planned tour in Europe that has been a bust and ended with having to cancel shows due to low ticket sales. He also says he is not sure if his upcoming reality show “Hoff The Record” can help improve things.

Hasselhoff’s ex-wife Bach, reportedly gets $252,000 a year from him, but says she isn’t buying his financial troubles. Adding that he is still working, has property all over the world and is worth closer to $120 million.

The pair have two kids together. Another hearing is reportedly planned for later this month.
