Fox Sports pundit Colin Cowherd thinks that the Baylor football scandal happened in part because Waco, Texas, is not a big city.
While speaking on his show “The Herd” he argued that a large-scale cover up of rape and sexual assault allegations could never happen in a large city because there are too many people, cameras and police.

Baylor fired its football coach Art Briles for his role in the scandal involving multiple players accused of rape, and a cover-up along the way.
