The judge presiding over a lawsuit against Trump University has unsealed documents related to the case Tuesday, which reveal persuasion tactics to get students to buy in.

The now-defunct Trump University existing from 2005 to 2011 and was a real estate seminar program. Former students are now suing Donald Trump claiming they were mislead. Some spent nearly $35,000 to try and learn Trump’s investment techniques.

In one of the released documents, which gives instruction to salespeople, it says, “let them know that you’ve found an answer to their problems and a way for them to change their lifestyle.”

Another document could be used as fodder in attacks against Trump due to him not releasing his tax returns. “Take full advantage of tax breaks and other financial shelters, allowing you to maximize your profits,” the released Trump University document says.

Donald Trump has been critical of the judge presiding over the case, Gonzialo Curiel, calling him a “hater” over the weekend. “We’re in front of a very hostile judge,” Trump said. He added,  “The judge was appointed by Barack Obama, federal judge. Frankly, he should recuse himself because he’s given us ruling after ruling after ruling, negative, negative, negative.”

“What happens is the judge, who happens to be, we believe, Mexican, which is great. I think that’s fine,” Trump went on to say.
