There was nearly a riot when Kanye West canceled his surprise concert in New York Sunday night.
After Governor’s Ball canceled the third day of the music festival because of inclement weather, the 38-year-old rapper decided to throw a surprise concert in the East Village. However, when thousands of people showed up, he canceled because the crowd was too large.

“It’s pandemonium,” the eyewitness told the Hollywood Reporter.
