Martha Stewart said she won’t watch the TV show “Orange Is The New Black” because it is “not as good as the real thing.”

On Wednesday night, the 74-year-old home entrepreneur said on the Chelsea Handler talk show that she hasn’t seen the Netflix prison drama everyone is talking about and doesn’t plan to because the “real characters are better,” according to Entertainment Tonight(VIDEO: Martha Stewart Dishes On Donald Trump’s Gold Plane)

“Too close to home,” Handler joked, referencing the five months Stewart spent behind bars for lying to investigators and obstructing justice in an insider trading case.

“Well, no, it’s not as good as the real thing,” she responded. “When you live through ‘Orange Is the New Black,’ the real characters are better.”

Stewart told Handler that her TV-watching options were limited. (VIDEO: Martha Stewart On The Justin Bieber Roast: ‘I Was Totally High In Front Of The Microphone’)

“If I wanted to watch the stock market and stuff like that, I’d have to get up really early and watch if by myself,” she added.
