An allegedly drunk Justin Bieber found himself trading fists with a passerby after the third game of the NBA Finals in Ohio Wednesday night. The reason? Bieber’s own mouth.

The 22-year-old superstar reportedly called an autograph seeker a “motherfucker” during his night out on the town, according to a recent report.

Lamont Richmond, who stands a few heads taller than Bieber at 6’5”, said he’s the one who put Bieber on his back in the now viral video of the infamous scuffle. Richard told TMZ that Bieber reeked of booze and was “puffing his chest up” before the heated argument came to blows.

Bieber then struck the larger man, who brought him to the ground with ease. According to TMZ, Richmond is now consulting a lawyer about potential legal action against the pop star.

In a video obtained by TMZ, Richmond identifies himself as the man in the altercation with Bieber.

“The fool ran up on me,” Richmond said in the video. “I was with the girls; we just asked the dick for an autograph. I don’t know about all this other stuff y’all are talking about.”

Given all of Bieber’s recent public missteps and erratic behavior, one source close to him told Entertainment Tonight that the singer was “extremely burnt out.”

“People around Justin are nervous about him and worry that he could have a breakdown,” the source said. “He feels like people forget that he is a human being and needs privacy.”
