Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump suggested Tuesday night that troops stole money that was supposed to go toward rebuilding Iraq.
“How about bringing baskets of money, millions and millions of dollars, and handing it out,” Mr. Trump said during a campaign rally in Greensboro, N.C. “I want to know, who are the soldiers that had that job. Because I think they are living very well right now, whoever they may be.”

Trump now claims he was talking about Iraqi soldiers, not American soldiers. He wasn’t talking about either of them. He was talking about Three Kings.
