The rate of terrorist attacks in America and around the world has spiked since 2001, and Americans have become increasingly skeptical of reporting suspicious activities.

One federal whistleblower commiserates with that skepticism, but says, “history can be a harsh judge.” He counsels that Americans will feel deep remorse if they stay silent when seeing a suspicious activity that does in fact lead to an act of terror.

Philip Haney, a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) whistleblower, details his efforts to keep Americans safe while navigating the shifting policies and guidance imposed on federal agents in this exclusive video interview for The Daily Caller News Foundation.

Haney’s “See Something Say Nothing” is the first nonfiction book that gives an inside look of what’s going wrong in the federal war on terrorism. It reveals how two administrations imposed an ever-increasing willful blindness to handcuff federal officials trying to keep us safe from terror.

A former entomologist who perfected following the trail and finding the nest, Haney became a proficient counter-terrorist expert who was in demand by others throughout government. Haney received scores of awards and commendations for his detailed work researching and “connecting the dots” of likely terrorists — that is, until policies started changing in 2006.

Today, along with his commendations, he has endured nine life-disruptive investigations that threatened his reputation. His experience has been “traumatic, frightening, humiliating at times” and made him “concerned for his country.” He managed to stand up to the mounting pressures with prayer, maintaining his integrity, and loving his country.

Failed homeland security policy is opening Americans to the kinds of attacks that happened in Orlando, San Bernardino, Boston or Oklahoma. As Haney describes it, guidance has shifted to show federal leniency towards those affiliated with Muslim Brotherhood groups in the name of “civil rights and civil liberties.” Dangerous dominant narratives also protect what former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy calls a “foreign, anti-American, anti-liberty ideology” hiding in a religion.

Following a previous video interview of Haney in December, in this exclusive 30-minute video interview for TheDCNF, Haney further spells out seven turning points from 2006 to today where policies shifted to handcuff law enforcement. “Civil rights and civil liberties” were given astonishing leverage to those supporting “civilization jihad”  and Islamic supremacy.

“See Something Say Nothing” has become an instant best-seller, as Americans scour for an explanation as to why the Obama administration fails to protect the country. Haney, a national hero who has detailed insight and battle scars, speaks boldly in hopes of keeping more citizens safe from foreign and domestic enemies. Haney says he would be open to re-enter government service and correct the course America is on with a new president who turns the nation in a better direction.

Haney offers a four-point grassroots campaign for Americans who share his worry for this nation. He asks citizens to buy and read the book, share it with their social media network, write a review and contact Congress.
