Charlie Sheen didn’t tell 25 of his sexual partners that he was HIV-positive.

During an interview with Piers Morgan at a London Town Hall Sunday night, the 50-year-old actor said he that though he may not have told them about his status, he also didn’t have unprotected sex with them. (RELATED: Burt Reynolds: ‘Charlie Sheen Deserves His HIV Diagnosis’)

“I never did,” Sheen said. “I wouldn’t do that to someone, I would not.”

“Here’s the great news,” he added. “No one has been infected by me. No one.”
