Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are officially dating, a friend confirmed during an interview this week.
On Tuesday, Claudia Jordan, a woman who was previously on the “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” was on the podcast “Allegedly” when she confirmed that two are dating, according to E! News.

“[He’s a] good friend of mine,” she said. “Never [hooked up with him]. He is very happy with her. I like that he seems very happy.” (RELATED: Tom Cruise And Katie Holmes Refuse To Speak To Each Other)
Holmes, who was married to Tom Cruise for six years before their separation in 2012, had been spotted in January wearing a ring on her left hand.
When asked about the rumors, both Holmes and Foxx have remained silent.

Foxx said it was all just tabloid rumors when asked about it in March.
UPDATE: Claudia Jordan tells Entertainment Tonight that she misspoke about Foxx and Holmes relationship. “I have no knowledge of Jamie with Katie at all,” she said. “I’ve never seen them together, he’s never told me he’s dating her.”
“I just want my friend to be happy with whoever he’s with, but I don’t even want to know anymore,” she added. “It’s none of my business and again, I’ve never seen them together.”
