VIDEO: Watch A Suicide Bomber Blow Himself Up In Istanbul [GRAPHIC]

Stunning CCTV footage from inside Istanbul’s Ataturk Airport appears to show a suicide bomber blowing himself up after being shot down by police.

The video, which began circulating on Twitter and elsewhere shortly after the attack, shows people running away from a man who appears to be running through the airport with a gun. Suddenly, the man drops to the ground, apparently after being shot, and drops his gun, which slides beyond his reach. The man writhes about on the ground, and jerks his arm up at one point (perhaps pulling something). A few seconds later, he explodes in a fearsome blast. In yet another video, masses of people can be seen fleeing from a bomber prior to a massive, fiery explosion:

At least 28 people are dead and over 60 wounded in the attack. It’s not clear if anybody other than the bomber was harmed in the blast caught on video.

The perpetrators of the Istanbul assault are currently unknown.
