California’s underage police sex scandal just won’t stop growing.

Richmond’s police chief reassigned two police officers who are under investigation after a teenage former prostitute claimed to have slept with dozens of law enforcement officers at multiple departments. The teen’s allegations have now also engulfed the Richmond fire department, where officials are investigating whether two firefighters had a relationship with the teen, KRON reports. The Livermore Police Department also announced that they placed an officer on leave Thursday, yet another sign the scandal has thoroughly rocked local departments.

The woman, who goes by the name Celeste Guap to protect her identity, had previously said she slept with two dozen former and current cops at several departments, but now she has admitted to sleeping with “more than 30” officers ABC7 reports. Guap says resorted to sex in exchange for protection and tips on prostitution stings. In total, seven law enforcement agencies have investigated officers because of Guap’s allegations.

The sex scandal erupted when Oakland officer Brendan O’Brien committed suicide in September. O’Brien left a note saying a local prostitute was sleeping with officers in his department. Since that revelation, the scope of the scandal has grown to include 30 officers, some of whom have resigned, been reassigned or were placed on leave.

Guap told The East Bay Times that she slept with three officers before she turned 18, a bombshell allegation that has sparked an ongoing criminal investigation. Guap said the officer knew she wasn’t 18. She said the cops nicknamed her “juve,” short for juvenile.

She said she didn’t trade money for sex with officers but did accept money to sleep with a retired Oakland police captain.

“I think cops are fine,” she told The East Bay Times. “They’re cute and all, but it’s like one less officer that’s gonna arrest me.”

The Oakland Police Department went through three police chiefs in nine days because of the scandal before finally answering to City Administrator Sabrina Landreth. Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf compared the department to a “frat house” for its “toxic, macho culture.” These latest personnel changes and allegations are just another chapter in the ongoing scandal with more surprises likely to come.

Livermore Police Chief Michael Harris released a statement after the officer was placed on leave.

I take very seriously any behavior by members of the Livermore Police Department, on or off-duty, that negatively impacts the public trust. It is my expectation and has been my experience that the men and women of the Livermore Police Department understand this and take pride in holding themselves to the highest ethical standards, striving to serve our community with honor. If, after a thorough investigation, it is determined that the employee in question has violated department policy, swift and appropriate discipline will be enforced to hold the officer accountable for his actions.”
