Blake Shelton said that after meeting his current girlfriend Gwen Stefani his whole life “turned around.”
In an upcoming interview with Chelsea Handler on the “Chelsea” show, the 40-year-old country singer talked about going from “rock bottom” after his marriage to Miranda Lambert ended to his relationship with Stefani. (RELATED: Gwen Stefani Reveals How She And Blake Shelton Got Together)

“Next thing you know, this person that I kind of knew — I had worked with on the show [but] I didn’t really know her that well, Gwen, that first time,” Shelton said. “Just, ‘Hey, how you doing.’ And then to all of a sudden find out she’s going through basically the same exact same thing, at the same time.” (RELATED: Blake Shelton Says Gwen Stefani Saved His Life)
“And this is how my life turned around — and so quickly, too, by the way,” he added. “It’s like, ‘Woah.’ All of this has to be meant to happen. So I made a record about it. It makes me nervous to talk about it.”
Handler then asked the singer if he felt that this was the happiest he’s ever been in his entire life.
“There’s no question about that,” he said. “Absolutely no question about that.”
Shelton and Lambert shocked their fans last year with news that their marriage after four years was over.
