The Game — whose real name is Jayceon Taylor — said when he heard what happened to Alston Sterling and Philando Castile earlier this week, he was outraged.

“I was angry,” he said. “Sitting on my couch, I couldn’t rest I couldn’t sleep. Then out of nowhere on the news, five police are ambushed by Lord knows who and what. And they died. And I felt that pain as well and I was saddened that that happened as a result of what happened earlier this week.”

“Those are human beings. I came to a realization that we are really really destroying humanity.”

“While I have all these cameras on me, I want to tell everyone that has their eyes on me that I love you — no matter your race, what school you teach, whoever you are in the world,” he continued. “This is a day of change. Embrace yourself in positivity.”

Beck, the police chief, said he was “full of rage” when he heard what happened in Dallas Thursday night.

“I’m an old man and I don’t get angry easily but I was angry — I was full of rage,” Beck said. “But I came to the realization that this cannot continue. We cannot continue to be broken up into tribes.”

“He was an assassin. That is all that person can be called. Those police officers are there because they agree with your ability to express your opinion. That is crime against America.”
