Former Trump campaign staffer Sam Nunberg claims the presumptive Republican nominee is illegally co-mingling his campaign and corporate assets and that former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski had a sordid dalliance with an unnamed female aide, according to a recent court filing.

Nunberg was terminated by the Trump campaign for posting racist material to his Facebook page in August 2015. The presumptive Republican nominee is currently suing Nunberg for violating a non-disclosure agreement, and is seeking $1o million in damages. Trump aides are required to sign contracts precluding them from publicly discussing their time with the campaign for a period of years. (RELATED: Nunberg Burns Bridge With Trump: ‘It Hurt But I’ve Moved On)

Nunberg’s affidavit in the New York Supreme Court claims the Trump campaign established a fictitious entity called Trump 2012 PCA that co-mingled – or combined – campaign assets with corporate assets of the Trump Organization, a violation of FEC rules.

“During this period, the Trump campaign may very well have violated Federal Election Law by co-mingling corporate resources and failing to file the costs and expenditures the Trump campaign has already incurred this past May and June,” Nunberg’s brief reads.

He also describes a “sordid and apparently illicit affair” between deposed campaign manager Lewandowski and a “female Trump Campaign staffer.” Though the filing doesn’t name the woman involved, it describes a lovers quarrel in New York City on the corner of 61st Street and Third Avenue. The New York Post relayed details of a confrontation in the same area in May, identifying Hope Hicks and Lewandowski as the parties involved.

“Further, the Trump Campaign is misguidedly and improperly attempting to use the sword of a private arbitration proceeding against me to silence media coverage of a loud and angry argument on a public street between its former campaign manager, Corey Lewnadowski (‘Terminated Campaign Manager’), and a female Trump campaign staffer concerning their sordid and apparently illicit affair,” the document says. Nunberg goes on to call Lewandowski a “sycophantic Yes Man.”

He also claims to have ghost written many of Trump’s tweets during his tenure with the campaign.

“I would hope the Trump Campaign can raise funds in a more traditional and practical matter,” he says.
