Regarding the Democratic National Committee’s email leak, Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus said Monday, “The point is, the Russians didn’t write the emails and neither did whoever else, the WikiLeaks people didn’t write the emails, the DNC wrote those emails.”

Appearing on the Hugh Hewitt Show amid allegations that the Russians hacked the DNC’s email accounts, Hewitt asked Priebus, “What do you think the Russians are doing?” (RELATED: Mook Suggests DNC Was Hacked By The Russians In Order To Help Trump [VIDEO])

After arguing that it was not yet confirmed that the Russians were the ones to hack the email and provide them to Wikileaks, Priebus said, “The point is, the Russians didn’t write the emails and neither did whoever else, the WikiLeaks people didn’t write the emails. The DNC wrote those emails.” (RELATED: Leaked DNC Documents Show Plans To Reward Big Donors With Federal Appointments)
