The three remaining Baltimore police officers involved in the Freddie Gray case were exonerated from any wrongdoing after the charges against them were dropped Wednesday morning.

Officers Garrett Miller, William Porter and Sergeant Alicia White — who were expected to go to trial Wednesday and throughout the coming months — were involved in the arrest of Freddie Gray, a 25-year-old black male who died in the custody of law enforcement.

Miller was charged with assault, reckless endangerment and two counts of misconduct in office, according to NBC news Baltimore affiliate.

A total of six officers were charged in the case. Officers Caesar GoodsonEdward Nero and Lieutenant Brian Rice, were either found not guilty or acquitted earlier this year for the respective charges brought against them.
