Europe’s largest airline reported that demand for flights to France declined following the radical Islamic terrorist attacks that have hit the country multiple times in the last year.

Air France-KLM stated that demand for flights throughout Europe have declined “particularly (in) France where extremists have carried out multiple attacks,” according to a Wednesday Financial Times report.

Just on Tuesday, two terrorists claiming Islamic State affiliation killed a priest and seriously injured another person. (RELATED: ISIS Raids French Church, Kills Priest)

The stock for Air France has fallen substantially over the past four months, declining over 20 percent in the last year alone.

European airlines have also been hit across the board by the recent Brexit decision. Air France rivals Lufthansa and IAG — the owners of British Airways — warned of profit losses following the U.K.’s decision to leave the European Union.

Air France’s gloomy outlook is also burdened by a labor strike by two of its three cabin crew unions. The airline is fighting with labor unions to cut costs in order to compete with cheaper airlines in Europe — the two parties have yet to reach an agreement.

The airline’s CEO, Pierre-Francois Riolacci, told the Financial Times that the strike was “likely to make passengers think twice about traveling with Air France.” He added that the strike could cost “several dozens of million euros.”
