Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton now holds a 10 point lead in a new national poll published Tuesday.

The weekly NBC News/Survey Monkey tracking poll shows Clinton breaking the 50 percent mark for the first time in her candidacy with 51 percent support. Trump’s numbers held steady from last week’s at 41 percent.

When Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson and Green Party candidate Jill Stein are added to the poll, both candidates lose points. Clinton maintains a 6 point lead to Trump earning 44 percent to Trump’s 38 percent. Johnson earned a consistent 10 percent, and Jill Stein earned her usual 4 percent.

The week after the Democratic National Convention, Clinton’s lead jumped from one point to eight points, and Clinton continued her growth this week with a 10 point lead.

Trump lost substantially with men. In last week’s poll, Trump safely led with male voters by 16 points, that lead dropped to 5 percentage points in this week’s poll. Alternately, Clinton increased her support with female voters, increasing her 14 point lead last week to 24 percentage points this week.

Trump even lost ground with voters without a college degree. He enjoyed a 9 point lead in that category last week. Trump now only carries a 4 point lead in that category this week.

The NBC tracking poll differs from Friday’s Reuters poll. In that national poll, Trump successfully erased Clinton’s convention bump to come within three points of winning, 42 to 39 percent. That poll revealed that 64 percent of all voters believe that the country is on the wrong track.

The NBC poll was conducted online from Aug. 1 to Aug. 7, and 11,480 likely voters were surveyed. The results have a very low margin of error of 1.2 percent, meaning the race is far outside of the margin of error.
