I want this election to be over. Just pick one or the other of these two walking grotesqueries. I don’t even care which one. Flip a coin. Just let this be over.

Tory Dunnan, WPTV in West Palm Beach:

Hillary Clinton spoke to a crowd in Kissimmee, just south of Orlando. She was supposed to be talking jobs, but started the speech off paying tribute to those affected by the Pulse Nightclub shooting…

WPTV happened to notice the man, who has a mustache and was wearing a red hat, behind Clinton. It was Seddique Mateen, the father of Orlando mass shooter Omar Mateen…

Mateen didn’t want to answer any other questions, but just hours later, we ran into him by chance at a rest stop on the way back to West Palm Beach. He wanted to do an interview and show us a sign he made for Clinton.

“Hillary Clinton is good for United States versus Donald Trump, who has no solutions,” he said.

Well, it’s a free country. If this guy can get this close to Hillary Clinton, and he actually wants to be there, that’s his business. If he wants to go out of his way to endorse her on-camera, fine. I’m not sure what good he thinks he’s doing her, or what his thought process is at all, but fine.

I just wonder what the reaction would be if this had been a Trump rally. Just imagine if the father of a guy who murdered 49 Americans sat right behind Trump, smiling and waving an American flag. Imagine if he then told us why Trump should be president. Imagine what the national reaction would be to that, and compare it to the reaction you’ll see to this today. If there is any national reaction.

My reaction is the same in both cases: You people are all insane.

Well, at least Hillary dressed appropriately for the occasion. She should be wearing an orange jumpsuit every day.

P.S. Here’s what Trump will be saying today, if he actually wants to win.
