UCLA superstar quarterback Josh Rosen claims he’s not similar to Johnny Manziel, but his words and actions send a different message.

Rosen, who is the top NFL prospect in his class, spoke with Sports Illustrated and his language almost echoes the way Manziel behaved at Texas A&M. (RELATED: Meet The Playboy Model Johnny Manziel Is Vacationing With In Mexico [PHOTOS])

“I’m not going to fucking get in trouble for drugs or anything like that, but I don’t want to be this crystal-clean guy with perfect responses. I’m not going to pretend to be 50. I just want to be happy and enjoy the experiences I have and take advantage of every opportunity I’ve been given,” the sophomore gunslinger told SI. (SLIDESHOW: Derek Jeter’s New Wife Loves Showing Off Skin)

The comment is very similar to Manziel’s comments justifying his behavior.

“I’m not going to change who I am for anybody,” Manziel said in June 2014.

“I’m growing up and continuing to learn from my mistakes and trying not to make the same ones over and over again, but am I going to live in a shell or am I just going to hide from everybody and not do anything? I don’t think that’s the way I should live my life and I’m not going to do it,” Manziel said.

The similarities don’t end there. Rosen has gotten lots of attention for his off-the-field antics and playboy lifestyle.
