Rudy Giuliani said on Wednesday that Hillary Clinton’s involvement with the Clinton Foundation while she was secretary of state “would make an excellent” racketeering case.”
Appearing on Fox News’s “Your World” with guest host Maria Bartiromo, Giuliani said, “We’ve got a Justice Department that has become completely political. We’ve got a State Department that Hillary Clinton turned into sort of a funneling operation for the Clinton Foundation and I think the two of them together would make an excellent RICO case, racketeering case, like the cases I used to bring not only against the mafia, and also against Bolski… and by the way, we won them all.” (RELATED: Giuliani Hits Hillary’s Finances: ‘When I Was A Prosecutor, You Went To Jail’ [VIDEO])
Giuliani went on to argue, “How long is it going to take?” for the FBI to announce that they are investigation the Clinton Foundation adding, “Are we going to wait until she’s president for a year?”(RELATED: Trump: Hillary’s State Department Tenure Was ‘Pay-For-Play’ [VIDEO])
The former New York City mayor went on to argue that “these emails prove that the Foundation was getting its money by granting access to the State Department. That’s the way it was raising its money. And not a few bucks, hundreds of thousands, millions, in some cases even more than that.”
Bartiromo followed up, “And how many of that money goes to charity at at the Clinton [Foundation]?”
“A disgraceingly small amount,” Giuliani replied. “Every single one of the organizations that rates charities, races this charity as pretty close to a fraud. One has it down to about 10 percent goes to charity. So what is it going for, plane rides for Bill and Hillary, taking care of their people. Like trying to get a job for that guy. This is placing your political people.”
“The Clinton Foundation was a slush fund for the Clinton political machine. It was where to place the Clinton politicos while they were getting ready to run for president,” Giuliani insisted.
If Clinton were to become president, Giuliani warned, “I guess she’ll appoint an attorney general and have a Justice Department just like Obama’s, expect maybe it will be worse because I think Obama is a more honest person than Hillary Clinton.”
