Dallas Cowboys star receiver Dez Bryant has given up his pet monkey and it’s another example of the organization’s losing culture.

PETA released a statement demanding that the police intervene and take the monkey from Bryant. The police declined, but according to CBS Sports the monkey is no longer with the Cowboys star. The Cowboys team is a mirror of Bryant’s mentality. Every year, the team has incredibly high expectations and hype, and every year they fail to meet those lofty expectations. Bryant was okay with losing his monkey, just like the Cowboys organization appears to be okay with not winning Super Bowls anymore.
Looks like there won’t be a culture change in Dallas anytime soon.
