The Service Employees International Union held a protest in Richmond, Virginia over the weekend, demanding a $15 minimum wage for workers.

SEIU President Mary Kay Henry was one of the protesters singing and dancing on Saturday.

Apparently, you can still be “overworked and underpaid” even if you make $150 per hour.

WATCH:

According to SEIU’s 2015 financial disclosure statements, Henry raked in a cool $300,000 last year.
