Priorities USA PAC raised $9.9 million in July, down from June’s $11.9 million haul.

Well over a third of the $9.9 million came from two donors,  Daniel Abraham and Donald Sussman. The pair gave $3 million each, according to financial disclosure documents.

The super PAC started the month of August with $38.7 million in cash on hand.

The Clinton campaign and Priorities USA are responsible for almost $100 million in ads or ad placements, but both groups canceled ad buys in Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Colorado amid large leads in the polls in those swing states.

Republican nominee Donald Trump unleashed his first ad of the general campaign Friday. The campaign is prepared to spend $4.8 million in ad placements through next week in Colorado, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina.

Donald Sussman donated $11 million to Priorities, USA over the course of the campaign. The second highest donor on the list is Haim Saban. Daniel Abraham, the other key donor for July, has donated $6 million since January.

Those donors make up the majority of the PAC’s funds, with the next highest donors responsible for only $1 million. That donation was made by the Laborer’s International Union of North America.

Famed billionaire George Soros donated $35,308 to Priorities USA.
